i got my hood today and i couldn't believe how beautiful it was....
i've wanted a carbon fiber hood ever since the first time i saw one,
and i am glad to have said i bought mine from illStreet. when i
ordered my hood i ordered an invader style carbon fiber hood but during
the shipping a fork lift went through and illStreet said they didn't
have any more of the invader style hoods for my car so they told me
that they would upgrade me to a zyclone style hood at no charge. after 3
days of ordering the zyclone hood i got it and i immediately opened it
up and it was beautiful.. i cant wait to drive my car again.. I will
deffinately be ordering from Carbonfiberhoods.net again and i will put
pictures of my car up as soon as i get it.

When I ordered this hood, I was told it was in stock and would be
shipped soon. I called a few days later to find out the one they had in
stock was damaged, which didn't bother me at all because I would
rather wait for one in good condition then get a damaged one and have
to return it. Anyways, Illstreet then proposed something I have never
had happen to me! They offered me a free upgrade to a more expensive
hood because of the miscommunication!! I am still in shock that they
would go this far to please me! I kindly declined the offer because I
had my heart set on the Invader style. When it finally shipped, about 2
or 3 weeks after I placed my order, it arrived in perfect condition
with no weave breaks and only one or two very minor and normal
imperfections in the weave only noticed if the hood is studied. I must
say my experience with Illstreet was great!! They actually respond to
your e-mails (all of them LOL) in a timely manner, are nice on the
phone, and actually give you the feeling that they care about their
customers which is extremely rare these days! Needless to say, I will
DEFINITELY do business with Illstreet again (probably for a trunk)!!!

Long waiting time to import the hood to Sweden, but when I finally got
the trunk it was worth the waiting. Not a scratch on delivery.

I special ordered this hood a few weeks ago and could not wait to get
it. when i did recieve it i was very very pleased. the carbon was laid
perfectly straight, the edges rolled over beautifully. when i installed
it, everything lined up on the first try, all the holes were in the
right location, all in all i would say this is a great investment. i
will make sure to get pictures asap

i just wanted to say thanks to the guys at ill street for this bad ass
hood it really brings out the look of my vechicle.and thanks for my
exhaust parts as well the car sounds and runs great.remember im
building my honda now and always lookin for deals thanks again guys.

This hood looks awesome on my 00 Camry! Lighter material and vent help
my car perform great on the highway! Illstreet was very helpful in
keeping (a nervous) me updated re: the status of the hood.

Hood fits well, Looks even better. On the latch, you must hammer it flat but besides that, fitment is great.

Just got the hood, took a while but the hood looks amazing. The only
thing was that it had a little fitment issue, one side is a little
higher then the other side but other then that very simple to install
and looks great. I'm sure a body shop could probably adjust it a
little better.

Beautiful Hood at a great price! Too bad it took two weeks to receive.
There was a small fitment issue when it came. The hood wouldn\'t close
because where the latch on the car goes into the hood it hits the hood.
It was an easy fix by cutting about a 1/4 in of metal off the latch. It
was probably just a fitment and alignment issue though as there are
several adjustment bolts for the latch and I didn\'t know how to adjust
them.

I installed a Kirk Racing 4 point roll bar the summer of '99 and I can
say that if I knew it was this inexpensive, this easy to install, and
looked this good I would have done it much sooner than that. The bar is
a full 2 inch DOM tube frame (by comparison the Autopower roll bar is
only 1 3/4" tube). It weighs about 70lbs. A little on the heavy side
but worth it I think (the Autopower, I believe, is in the 55lb range).
The bar does require removal of the jack and tools because the rear
braces bolt to the chassis at these locations in the rear hatch area. I
just put the tools and jack in the bins behind the rear seats. The Kirk
bar does not require removal of the two rear speakers as does the
Autopower bar - not a good thing for cars without the Bose system (the
Bose system does not use these speaker locations so it might be ok).
I'm not knocking the Autopower bar I just think the Kirk bar is better.
And yes it does remove a some of the seat travel for the passenger and
a small amount for the driver but I'm only 5'8" so I couldn't care less
as it works fine for me (there is an option to have the bar located to
the area where the bins are located - to maintain seat travel for
taller drivers but obviously this would require bin elimination). I had
the bar custom powder coated to match the car. The install took about 4
hours with then help of one of my track buddies. We installed two roll
bars, one in his car and one in mine in one day start to finish. This
basically included lifting the car completely off the ground removing
the rear wheels, taking out the seats, removing the tools and jack,
placing the bar in the car, drilling the holes, and bolting it up. Then
putting everything back together and viola! I also cut the trim panels
to form fit around the roll bar for a very stock looking appearance.
